I am a young professional female looking for a female roommate to share my condo with as of May 1st (unless we arrange something else). I am located near Hwy 1 and Ikea, so it is easy to get to bus routes and Braid station. I live on the third floor of an apartment building. I am looking for a professional or student. Absolutely no smoking or pets, but you must be okay with pets because I have two dogs (pictured below), a bird, and a fish tank. I tend to be a quiet person, so I would prefer the same. The closet has a built in (pictured below, you can see it can take alot of stuff), and I have all the utensils and kitchen appliances you might need. Obviously all the stuff in the room in the pictures will be gone. The room itself is 12' x 9'.
